Price and Payment

All prices are accurate at the time the information is entered into our system. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship certain items in your order, the value of the unshipped items will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

Where a refund is deemed necessary, you may choose to receive store credit equal to the refunded amount for use on our website or receive the refund through another applicable payment method.

If you do not choose to receive store credit and the original payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the original payment was made in cash, the refund will be transferred to a bank account designated by you.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the order status has been marked as completed.

All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable at all times. Prices may change at any time, but changes shall not affect orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.

You may use the payment methods specified on the site and offered by our payment gateway, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash on delivery, and other local payment methods. To minimize the risk of non-authorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we request a pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

Colors

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the services. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Packing and Fragile Items

We comply with standard packing requirements for the method of transportation selected. Special packing, loading or bracing requested by you will be charged to you separately. Given the fragile nature of some kitchenware and appliances, we recommend purchasing additional fragile item insurance if available.

You are obligated to inspect all packages upon delivery and must not accept any package that is damaged at the point of acceptance. In such an instance, you are required to inform us immediately regarding damaged packages and must provide photographic evidence if possible.

Shipping & Delivery

The company ships from different warehouses in different areas. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

For bulky appliances and large kitchenware items, delivery schedules may vary based on logistics availability. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery, please contact our customer services platform.

Title to any purchased items transfers from the company to you once the items are loaded onto the carrier at the company’s warehouse. Any claims against the company for shortage or damage occurring prior to our delivery of the item to the carrier must be made within seven (7) days after your receipt of the goods.

Return Of Product

Goods with defects or quality issues can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service for detailed information regarding the return process.

Please note: Wrong size items cannot be returned or exchanged. All product sizes are clearly displayed on our website, and customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase. We encourage you to carefully review all size specifications and product dimensions before ordering.

For defective products, if a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued for delivery and return.

Delivery charges are non-refundable at all times. Costs of returning defective products are to be borne by us.

For appliance warranties and extended protection plans, terms are subject to the specific manufacturer warranty provided with each product. Please refer to the product documentation for complete warranty details.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used: electrical appliances, cooking appliances that have been plugged in or used, items with broken seals or opened packaging, and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
